FAQs

Shipment takes an average of 7-14 business days after dispatch, but the exact timeline is subject to the customs clearance process. We recommend that all international customers provide a contact phone number with their order to avoid unnecessary delays. Please note : Import duties, taxes or other charges are NOT included in the price of the product or the shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local post service agency before purchasing in regards to duties, custom regulations, etc...
Please note - some countries may charge import taxes, customs, and/or fees. Before purchasing, please inquire the relevant department regarding your countries' import policies. Theyeowoonjewelry is not responsible for these extra fees. International customers - We are honest and lawful regarding items values on customs forms. Please do not ask us to alter these values, thank you!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at theyeowoon@theyeowoon.com.
All packages are handled with professionalism and handed over to the post office directly. We DO NOT have control over your package once the tracking number states the item is in transit. Therefore, we will not be accountable for any lost or delayed packages and will NOT refund any money or send a new item. This applies to both Domestic and International packages. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, FedEx or USPS once the package is in transit. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after completing the delivery to the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept exchange because all of our product is made to order upon your order.
Unfortunately, we CAN NOT resize your order because we designate gemstones or diamond layouts upon your size. In the other words, you would responsible for 100% of the cost of a new product. If you’re unsure of your ring size, it is best to visit a local jeweler to have a professional size your finger Please reach out to Theyeowoon@theyeowoon.com to initiate the resize process.
Orders CANNOT be canceled after payment has been submitted. We can not issue refunds because we start to make your product after the date of your purchase. Please note: It is the buyers' responsibility to read each listing in its entirety before purchasing.
